What is StockittoMe?

StockittoMe fetches stock information from the Internet and displays that information in a table. All stock information is delayed at least 15 minutes.

Using StockittoMe

Launching StockittoMe brings up this window:

Enter stock symbols separated by spaces into the query field at the top of the window. If you are connected to the Internet you can click the "get" button and StockittoMe will fetch information about those stocks and place that information in the table:

Check the "Update Every" checkbox to have StockittoMe update the stock information automatically. Choose to have the update occur every five, ten, or fifteen minutes with the popup menu next to the "Update Every" checkbox. Note that when the "Update Every" checkbox is checked, StockittoMe will immediately update the stock information. Therefore, when opening a new stock window the checkbox defaults to unchecked, in case there is no Internet connection.

StockittoMe remembers the last ten queries. You can access past queries from the popup menu directly to the left of the query field. New windows always default to the last query. Launching StockittoMe always opens a new window with the last query.

The disclosure triangle to the left of the query field will collapse the window header to just the query field so that there is more space for stock information in the table.
